GO Airport Express Chicago offers quality shared minibus transfers from either of the Chicago airports: O'Hare International Airport (ORD), Midway Airport (MDW) to any Downtown Chicago hotel.

The desks are clearly signed in the airports, and the minibuses are waiting just outside baggage claim, so there isn’t far to walk. This is a great stress-free way to travel into the city from the Airport.

Voucher details :

Arrival at O'Hare International Airport (ORD):

- Domestic: proceed to DOOR 1E, 2E or 3E on the baggage claim level and present this voucher to the agent at the Go Airport Express desk for transfer assistance and instructions.

- International: proceed to the van outside DOOR 5E, just outside customs and present this voucher to the driver.

Arrival at Midway Airport (MDW):
Proceed to the Go Airport Express Ticket Desk near DOOR 3 on the lower level across from baggage claim and present this voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance.

Voucher general :

For Your Return to Airport:
Call 1-888-284-3826 at least 24 hours in advance in order to reserve. Please advise the Go Airport Express agent that you have a pre-paid voucher

Baggage Allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. No single piece of luggage weight over 27kgs (60 pounds) will be accepted unless with passenger’s help in loading and unloading.

Driver gratuity is not included and is optional, however $1.00 USD gratuity per bag is suggested, given directly to the driver.

Please note: Go Airport Express will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger's presence.
